Producer: Combier in conjunction with Jade.
La Blanchette was originally produced by Combier around 1900 and is
a blanche, or Swiss-style absinthe. It has now been recreated by Ted Breaux.
This absinthe won the Jury 1 Golden Spoon at the Pontarlier
Absinthiades in 2006 and was the top French absinthe in the entire
competition. with Recette Marianne winning the Jury 2 Golden Spoon and
a slightly higher total score.
