Producer: Pernot Distillery
From the historic absinthe distillery in Pontarlier, just across the
border from the Val-de-Travers. This is made using a 19th century
recipe by steeping grand wormwood, green anise and other plants in
alcohol and
distilling the macerate. The colour is natural and comes from soaking
plants in the distillate. This does not use star anise.

Alcohol: 68% abv, 136 proof.
