Once diluted with fresh water, its aromas tantalise your senses , leaving a lingering subtle bittermess: a characteristic of authentic absinthe.

Of the 10 bottles of absinthe I have tried, La Capricieuse is by far my favorite, the flavor is so good it's unbelievable (even without sugar), not
bitter at all, more like a meadow full of wildflowers and herbs.
