A special distillation of La Clandestine Originale with a high quality wine alcohol base.
Grape alcohol brings very special aromas and flavors to the absinthe and produces a very agreeable roundness in the mouth.

Alcohol: 53% abv 106 proof
Serve: 2.5 t0 3 cl avec 4/5 parts of fresh water. Some absinthe lovers like to pour the water slowly over a sugar lump, but we prefer La Clandestine "au naturel," or without sugar.

For those with a passion for something stronger. This absinthe is based on the same recipe as La Clandestine Originale. Its high alcohol strength is reminiscent of pre-ban absinthe.
Once diluted with fresh water, its aromas tantalise your senses , leaving a lingering subtle bittermess: a characteristic of authentic absinthe.

05 La Clandestine Originale - 25 cl

Our first absinthe was launched when Swiss absinthe was legalised on March 1st, 2005. The recipe is based on more than ten plants. A great wealth of aromas and then a lingering but subtle bitterness are its main characteristics.
This absinthe won first place and the "Golden Absinthe" prize at the National Competition of Swiss spirits on September 16, 2005.
Producer: Artemisia-Bugnon
Alcohol: 53% alcohol by volume (abv), or 106 proof.
