01 La Clandestine Originale - 70 cl

Notre première absinthe lancée sur le marché lors de la légalisation Suisse, le 1er mars 2005. La recette est basée sur 10 plantes. Les caractéristiques principales sont une grande richesse des arômes suivi d'une délicate finale amère.

Cette absinthe a obtenu le prix "absinthe d'Or" au concours National des spiritueux Distiswiss 2005-2006 et une médaille d'Or au concours 2007-2008.

Alcool: 53 % vol 

Service: 2.5 à 3 cl avec 4/5 fois le volume d'eau.  Certains "Absintheurs" aiment verser lentement de l'eau fraîche sur un sucre, mais nous aimons aussi "la Clandestine" au naturel.

Very high quality liquor - puts many other absinthes I have tried to shame with sharp, clear taste and aroma. Very well balanced and perfect mix of
bitter, savory and almost sweet herbs. Good wormwood bitterness at finish but not so much that I need to use sugar. Though most people I know prefer
a little sugar. I have even consumed it nearly straight - with just enough water for a louche and it is very tasty.

great on the rocks! love it after a meal. not after morning meal. lunch? evening is best, when the sun is going down, hanging out by the bb-q smoker,
burn one. just under 100 degrees here in florida. by the pool. nice cool refreshing drink. kind of like liquid dental floss! ahhh! very nice.
