Presentation of the "Artemisia" Distillery |
|
Claude-Alain Bugnon was one of the first clandestine distillers to come out into the open after the Swiss ban on absinthe was lifted in 2005. His absinthe, which is produced with plants of the famous Val-de-Travers region, has won numerous awards: confirming that he is right to continue his strategy of combining craftsmanship and creativity.
His "fairies," La Clandestine and La Capricieuse, are both based on ancestral recipes. Hailing from the famous Val-de-Travers, the birthplace of absinthe, the Distillerie Artisanale Artemisia continues to fan the legend of "la bleue" with the fires of passion.

Our flagship absinthes .… |
La Clandestine, La Capricieuse and the Recette Marianne were the first three absinthes of the artisanal distillery Artemisia-Bugnon.
If you want to discover the characteristics of these magnificent absinthes, or if you are interested in buying absinthe accessories such as fountains, spoons, glasses etc, then please see our absinthes .....
Angélique, our "véritable Verte Suisse," is now available!
Following its successful launch at the Boveresse absinthe festival, we are delighted to be able to make Angélique available to our friends around the world.
Angélique has a powerful and long taste which is slightly more bitter than traditional Swiss absinthe.
Every bottle in the first VERY small batch of Angélique is signed by Claude-Alain Bugnon: only a few signed bottles are left.
